Your privacy

FestivalFare requires Google sign-in and stores your Google account identifier, display name, email address, the menu items you choose to save, and your ratings and comments. Saved dishes, ratings, and comments are private from other users. Administrators can view them and aggregate usage information for site administration. We do not sell your data or provide it to third parties for their own independent use. We do not receive your Google password or store Google access tokens.

Your theme and restaurant ordering preferences are saved to your account. When you choose Nearest first, your browser asks for location permission and refreshes your location when you return to or reload My Items. Your phone calculates distances locally. FestivalFare receives restaurant distances for display, but does not receive or store your GPS coordinates.

A secure cookie keeps you signed in. Our hosting provider processes requests and operational logs to run the service. Restaurant images and fonts may be loaded from their original providers.

Administrators may disable accounts for suspicious behavior. A disabled account cannot sign in and its ratings are excluded from aggregates while disabled. Account information and preferences are kept while your account exists. To request deletion or support, contact admin@festivalfare.net. Database backups may retain deleted records until they expire.
